5. Processors and disclosures

We use carefully scoped providers to operate the service: Google Firebase/Google Cloud for identity, database, functions, security and app monitoring; Cloudflare R2/Images/Workers for public product media; Razorpay for payment processing; Google Gemini or Vertex AI for product-description drafts; and approved email/support providers. AI receives only validated public product images and product context—not customer payment, consent, or private support files.

We may disclose data where required by law, to protect rights and safety, or during a legitimate business reorganisation with appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal data.

6. Retention

We keep data only for a documented purpose and period, then delete or irreversibly anonymise it unless a legal hold applies. The schedules below apply.

7. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to a summary of personal data and processing, correction, completion, updating, erasure, withdrawal of optional consent, grievance redressal, and account deletion. You may also nominate another individual where the applicable DPDP provisions permit. We verify requests to prevent account takeover.

Use the in-app controls when available, follow the account-deletion instructions, or contact us. We will explain any information that must be retained and why.

Complaining to the Data Protection Board of India. Raise the matter with our grievance officer first — see the grievance procedure. If we do not respond within the published timelines, or you are not satisfied with the response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India in the manner and through the channel the Board prescribes under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Complaining to the Board does not remove your other legal remedies.

8. Security

Controls include Firebase Auth, App Check with Play Integrity, admin MFA and claims, server-owned financial state, deny-by-default database rules, immutable audit events, HMAC-signed media callbacks, short-lived upload URLs, image decoding and re-encoding, secret managers, rate limits, fraud review, encrypted transport, dependency scanning, and incident response.
