Terms of use and sale
1. Operator and eligibility
The service is operated in India under the trade name JBS SEASONABLE, a proprietorship of Anita Nandkishor Rathod. It is intended only for adults who can enter a legally binding contract. You must provide accurate account, contact and delivery information.
2. Products and availability
Product pages will state material information, current images, quantity, price, applicable charges, seller/manufacturer/importer information where required, and return eligibility. Colour and appearance may vary by display, but we will not knowingly use misleading images. Products, inventory, offers and delivery coverage may change before an order is accepted.
3. Orders and price
An app submission is a request to buy. The server reloads current product price and stock, calculates totals in integer paise, applies a valid offer, and reserves inventory before creating a Razorpay order. An order is accepted only when the backend records a verified payment and sends confirmation. Client-displayed data cannot override the server total.
4. Payments
At launch, prepaid payment through Razorpay is the only method. Cash on delivery and service booking are not offered. Never share an OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, or CVV with JBS SEASONABLE staff. A debit alone does not prove order success; Razorpay signature and webhook verification control the final state. Duplicate or stale events are reconciled.
5. Fraud, restrictions, and cancellation
We may rate-limit checkout, verify identity or address, delay fulfilment for manual review, cancel an unsafe or impossible transaction, or restrict an account where signals indicate abuse, resale manipulation, payment replay, unauthorised access, or other unlawful conduct. A paid order cancelled by JBS SEASONABLE will follow the refund policy. Risk controls must not be used to discriminate unlawfully.
6. Delivery, cancellation, return, and refund
Delivery estimates and charges will be shown before payment. Product-specific eligibility and exclusions will be shown before purchase. The controlling details are in the Cancellation, return and refund policy and the order confirmation. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights.
7. Account and acceptable use
You are responsible for protecting your sign-in method and promptly reporting suspected takeover. Do not probe, scrape, disrupt, reverse engineer for abuse, upload malicious content, impersonate another person, manipulate prices or inventory, replay payments, or use the service unlawfully.
8. Intellectual property and AI drafts
JBS SEASONABLE content may be used only for personal shopping unless permission is granted. Product descriptions generated with AI are drafts reviewed by an administrator before publication. The approved listing—not an unapproved draft—controls.
9. Liability and law
The service will be provided with reasonable care and security. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible for indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer remedies. Indian law applies, subject to the jurisdiction and dispute forum required by applicable consumer law.
