JBS Seasonable is a proprietorship in Pune supplying seasonal and festival merchandise to wholesale buyers across India. We make part of the range ourselves and source the rest, and we sell it the way shops actually buy — by the dozen, on a tax invoice, with a rate you can plan a season around.
Five festival lines, each with its own season: rakhi for Raksha Bandhan, décor for Ganeshotsav, kandil and diyas for Diwali, candles and trees for Christmas, and colours and pichkari for Holi.
Buyers are retail shops, distributors and sub-wholesalers, event and wedding decorators, temples and mandals, corporate gifting buyers, and exporters. Retail sales are not offered.
Ordering happens in the JBS Seasonable Android app, where each buyer sees their own rates, live stock and pack size. Rates are set on our server — the app cannot change what you are charged.
Payment is prepaid through a Razorpay-hosted checkout. This website never takes payments and never asks for card details, OTP, UPI PIN or CVV.

JBS SEASONABLE currently sells to wholesale buyers only. Orders are accepted through the JBS SEASONABLE Android app after account sign-in. Retail sales are not offered at this time.

Delivery charges are calculated by the JBS SEASONABLE server and shown in full on the order review screen before payment. The app cannot alter the amount charged.
We deliver across Maharashtra and to the rest of India. Orders are dispatched from Pune, Maharashtra.
If a delivery address cannot be serviced, the order will not be accepted and no payment will be taken.

Timelines run from the point the order is accepted, not from when payment is made. Seasonal and festival demand can extend them; where we expect a material delay we will contact you on the phone number or email on the order.
Order status is shown in the app and moves through confirmed, processing, packed, shipped, out for delivery and delivered. Where a courier is used, the courier name and tracking number are added to the order and visible on the order detail screen.
If nobody is available at the address, or the address or contact number is incorrect or unreachable, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the consignment. Please keep the delivery contact number reachable. Repeat failed attempts caused by an incorrect address may attract a redelivery charge, which will be told to you before it is applied.
Check the consignment at the time of delivery where possible. Report damage, shortage or a wrong item promptly through support and retain the product, packaging, label and invoice. Handling of the request then follows the cancellation, return and refund policy.

Where the order has not entered an irreversible fulfilment stage, the app may offer cancellation. If cancellation succeeds after payment verification, the backend—not the client—creates and records the Razorpay refund. A cancellation request is not complete until a server confirmation is shown.
If money appears debited but the app does not confirm a paid order, do not pay again immediately. Use the order/payment reference to contact support. JBS SEASONABLE reconciles stale and delayed Razorpay events and will either confirm the order or initiate/identify the applicable reversal or refund.
Contact support promptly after delivery and retain the product, packaging, label, invoice and clear evidence. We will assess the request fairly against the listing, condition and applicable consumer law. We will not require unnecessary sensitive information or payment credentials.
Seasonal, personalised, hygiene-sensitive, perishable, clearance, or regulated products may have lawful product-specific conditions. Any material exclusion or window must be clearly shown on the product page before purchase. A hidden term will not be used to remove a mandatory legal remedy.
Approved refunds are sent through Razorpay to the original payment source unless law or the payment provider requires another method. The app and support response will provide the refund reference. Bank or network posting time may follow Razorpay and the customer's payment provider after JBS SEASONABLE initiates the refund.
